Teeth Whitening After Braces   Teeth whitening is very important to have after you have your braces taken off. While you actually are wearing braces, you need to brush and floss your teeth more than you normally would without them. That is because it takes a lot more to keep your teeth cleaned with metal brackets over them. You can easily get food caught in them, etc. That is why it is important to give your teeth a whitening treatment after you have taken them off. You can either buy an over the counter whitening product, or go to a specialist laser teeth whitening London clinic to have them treat you for it. One thing you should keep in mind is that after you have gotten your braces removed, you will be left with stains and any accumulated plaque that may have been left on your teeth, so a visit to the hygienist first is highly recommended.  The hygienist will remove any plaque an scaling, and polish your teeth.  This in itself will reduce your teeth a shade or two, but will also prepare the face of your teeth to respond to the Teeth Whitening Treatments more effectively. There are many different whitening treatments that you can consider after having your braces taken off. You can consider whitening strips in which you can purchase yourself, however they will never be able to achieve the same result as a professional teeth whitening treatment.  There are many systems on the market, Like Zoom Laser Teeth whitening, Ibrite, Beyond, most importantly it should be an  advanced system used in conjunction with fresh teeth whitening product will allow you to lift the stains from your braces effectively. You could also opt for Teeth Whitening take home trays which would work just as well, however take between a week to 10 days to achieve the desired result - Prices vary for treatments, but it really just depends on how much money you are planning on spending but both ways you should expect some great results. If your braces are about to be removed or you would like some friendly advise on what treatments might be best suited to you, please contact one of our consultants on 0800 0988 255.

Teeth Whitening using an LED Source Light     The process of LED teeth whitening is also severally known as Laser teeth whitening method where actually no laser rays are used. This simple teeth treatment process uses merely a teeth whitening gel and LED light at high intensity to instigate the reaction of this gel. This teeth whitening LED process is considered as easiest and fastest process to whiten your teeth without making any adverse effect on them.  Sparkly Whites teeth whitening London clinics use the LED process effectively. The process using LED (light emitting diodes) lights which is used on a teeth whitening gel to whiten the upper and lower teeth simultaneously by placing them in right position. The blue wavelength of the lights activates the teeth whitening gel to whiten your teeth effectively. There is no heat produced which can cause heighten sensitivity during the treatment, however LED light does not adversely effect your teeth so please do not worry about that. This process takes not more than an hour to whiten your teeth as this process has three sections to be implemented on your teeth. The teeth whitening gel is applied three times on your teeth and every time it needs about 10 minutes to apply it. Thus your teeth will remain in contact with teeth whitening gel for about half an hour. This process is not that tedious that needs certain special arrangements. Though the process of teeth whitening through an LED light source is probably the safest, most comfortable, and identical to other laser teeth whitening systems like zoom teeth whitening, ibrite and beyond, in terms of results.  If you are considering having teeth whitening in London, then consult one of our specialists to see what the best whitening system for you would be.  There is not only laser teeth whitening, home whitening systems are also available through advanced dental made moulds. Safe & Pain free Teeth Whitening There are several ways that a person can safely and pain free whiten their teeth. The first way is to use strawberries with a combination of baking soda. This is because of the malic acid that is in the strawberries. This malic acid has a way of removing stains like wine, coffee, and dark sodas from your teeth. But it is very important that this process is not done over and over again on your teeth. This is because it can begin to remove some of the enamel from your teeth. This can only be left on your teeth for no longer than five minutes. The second way is with a paste. This paste will be a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. You can also add a little bit of mint toothpaste to the mixture to give it a little bit of flavor. This paste can be used on your teeth whenever you want or need your teeth to look a little bit whiter. But it is very important to remember that you do not need to use this mixture more than once in a week. The paste will need to look a lot like the toothpaste that you use.The third way is the variety of different whitening rinses and toothpastes. The whitening rinses will have a small amount of hydrogen peroxide in them so it could take up to 12 weeks for a person to see any results. And the whitening toothpaste will only remove the surface stains that are on your teeth. Therefore, most people will not see any difference in their teeth. But if you had your teeth whiten at the dentist, then these things could help to keep them white. The fourth way is the over the counter kits. These kits can come in the form of whitening strips, trays, or gels. Usually these kits will not work as well because they do not have any hydrogen peroxide in them. Instead, they have carbamide peroxide in them, which does not work as effectively as hydrogen peroxide. It is very important to follow the directions of these over the counter whitening kits. This is because they can make your teeth a lot more sensitive to cold and hots things. A person is going to want to do whatever they can to avoid damaging their teeth. These are the top 4 ways to whiten your teeth safely.
